During both visits our technicians will:
- Change or clean filters
- Take electrical and pressure measurements
- Visually inspect for damaged parts
- Clean condenser coils
- Leave filters between visits
- Notify you of any issues
Pricing:
- Comfort Assurance Plan for 1 unit per year: $365
- Comfort Assurance Plan for additional unit(s) per year: $100
