Inspections In the Spring Will Include:
- Condenser coil cleaning
- Inspection of refrigerant pressures
- Inspect and tighten wire connections
- Measurement of capacitors and running amps/volts across electrical components
- Inspection of contactors
- Measure supply and return temperatures
- Inspect and tighten or replace blower belt
- Clearing of drain line and cleaning of drain pan
- Replacement of air filters
- Clean control compartment of any dust/debris
Inspections In the Fall Will Include:
- Gas manifold and flame sensor cleaning
- Inspection of heat exchanger
- Measurement of any carbon monoxide into space
- Test safety switches - measure capacitors and running amps/volts across electrical components - inspect/tighten/ replace blower belt (no extra cost)
- Measure gas pressure (if necessary)
- Inspect and tighten wire connections
