HVAC Installation in Fort Worth

Doing the Job Right Since 2002. No Strings Attached.

Comfort Tech Mechanical has been handling HVAC installation in Fort Worth since 2002, when two brothers founded the company on a straightforward mission: do the job right with no strings attached. More than 20 years later, we serve homes and businesses throughout the greater DFW metroplex, including Fort Worth, Haltom City, and North Richland Hills, with that same mission intact.

Every installation starts with a clear scope and a firm cost picture before any work begins. Whether you’re replacing a central air conditioning system, installing a new furnace, or commissioning a commercial unit, you’ll know what you’re getting and what it can cost.

Why Fort Worth Property Owners Trust Us for HVAC Replacement

We’re a locally owned, family-operated business that has spent decades working in the same North Texas climate our customers deal with every day. That history shapes how we approach system sizing, load calculations, and equipment selection. We’re fully licensed and insured and hold a BBB A+ rating, giving you third-party confirmation that our work meets a high standard. Every installation we complete is backed by a warranty.

Residential & Commercial HVAC Installation

Our primary focus is commercial HVAC, and we bring that depth of technical knowledge to every project. We also offer a full catalog of residential solutions, so whether you’re a homeowner replacing an aging heat pump or a property manager overseeing a commercial system upgrade, we have the experience to handle it. No job gets outsourced or handed off to a subcontractor.

Signs It’s Time to Replace Rather Than Repair

Most HVAC systems have a service life of around 10 to 15 years. Past that point, efficiency can drop and repair costs tend to climb. If you’re seeing any of the following, replacement may make more financial sense than another fix:

• Energy bills that keep climbing despite normal usage
• Uneven heating or cooling between rooms
• A repair estimate that approaches half the cost of a new unit

Newer equipment with higher SEER efficiency ratings can reduce energy consumption compared to systems installed a decade or more ago. If you’re unsure whether your situation calls for repair or full HVAC replacement in Fort Worth, our diagnostic process can give you a clear picture.

What to Expect During an Installation Appointment

Every appointment begins with a thorough diagnostic assessment. We walk through what we find, explain what the replacement involves, and give you a detailed cost breakdown before a single tool gets lifted.

We also look at what drove the comfort problem in the first place. If ductwork sizing, indoor air quality issues, or system imbalances contributed to the original failure, we address those root causes rather than just swapping equipment.

Financing & Discounts

A full HVAC replacement is a significant investment. We offer financing options and payment plans to make it workable, and we provide discounts for the following groups:

• Seniors
• Healthcare providers
• First responders
• Active and veteran military personnel
• Teachers
